Venkateswarlu Yaganti After completing the graduation in Agricultural Sciences from Bapatla Campus of the AP Agricultural University he worked for hybrid Seeds Majors like Mahyco Ltd., ITC Zeneca Ltd. and Zuari Seeds Ltd. before starting his own business with his wife Y. Aparna With his vast experience in seed production and seed marketing he has successfully developed the business to USD 4 million by March 2007.

Harinatha Babu A Post-Graduate in Science, he worked for Hindustan Lever Ltd., ITC Ltd., Zeneca Ltd. and Advanta Ltd. in the seed marketing division for more than 20 years and joined Yaganti Seeds Private Limited as Director of Marketing in 2002.

M. N. V. Ratnaji Rao A Post-Graduate in Botanical Science, he worked in ICRISAT, ITC Ltd., Zenaca Ltd. and Shriram Bio Seed Genetics India Ltd., for more than 25 years in the Seed Research departments and joined Yaganti Seeds Private Limited as Director of Research in 2003.

R. Ramu Ramu is a close relative of the promoter and nephew of Mr Yaganti. He is a young, dynamic and hardworking person looks after the Hybrid seed production of the company. He has got 15 years of seed production experience.
